Purdue University’s Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences invites applications for an NIDCD-funded postdoctoral T32 fellowship starting July 1, 2025, or later. Welcome to the Lab, Prasad!

Prasad has joined our lab as a graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Computer and Information Technology at Purdue University. His initial focus will be on developing machine learning-based methods for classification of histology images.

We look forward to seeing the innovative contributions he will bring to our research team!

Congratulations to Dr. Farhadi on F32 Grant Award!

We are thrilled to share that Dr. Afagh Farhadi, a postdoc researcher in our lab, been awarded NIH F32 Fellowship from the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD). Her funded project focuses on understanding the physiological roles of the MOC efferent pathways for hearing in noise. This prestigious award recognizes her innovative research and dedication to advancing our understanding of auditory system. Congratulations, Afagh, on this outstanding achievement!

Afagh Farhadi Receives Two Travel Awards for ARO MidWinter Meeting
