Our residential Autonomous and Connected Systems (ACS) majors provide advanced engineering technical education with specializations in the fields of Autonomy, Internet of Things (IoT), and Robotics that are directly aligned with transformative technological advancements, cutting-edge research, and long-term industry needs.
INSTITUTE FOR CONTROL, OPTIMIZATION AND NETWORKS (ICON)
ICON at Purdue University integrates diverse expertise in classical theories in control, optimization and networks with recent advances in AI, machine learning, and data science. We pursue innovative solutions to grand challenges in Autonomous and Connected Systems, including robotics, Autonomous vehicles, precision agriculture, space autonomy, manufacturing plants, transportation networks, supply chains, healthcare systems, power and communication systems, and social networks.
