	AAE alumnus featured in Boeing 747-8 video Purdue alumnus David Loffing BSAAE'02; MSAAE'04, is featured in a new Boeing video about the new Boeing 747-8 and his role in its wing development.
	SEDS Spring Space Forum 2012 The future of human spaceflight and exploration will be the topic of a one-day forum March 29 at Purdue University. The Spring Space Forum is sponsored annually by the Purdue University chapter of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space and the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
	AAE Research Team receives Gold Boeing Performance Excellence Award AAE System of Systems Laboratory led by Associate Professor Daniel DeLaurentis has received a 2011 Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. The Lab maintained a Gold composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from Oct. 1, 2010, to Sept. 30, 2011.
	AAE alumnus Dr. David B. Doman named AIAA Fellow Dr. David B. Doman has been honored as Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). The distinction of Fellow is conferred by AIAA upon outstanding members of the Institute who have made notable and valuable contributions to the arts, sciences, or technology of aeronautics or astronautics.
	William E. Boeing Distinguished Lecture 2012 - URL of lecture now available Lt. Gen. Patrick J. O'Reilly, Director, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Office of the Secretary of Defense, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. presented the 2012 William E. Boeing Distinguished Lecture on Tuesday February 28.
