Vikas Tomar is the inaugural recipient of the Materials Science and Engineering C. Young Researcher Award.

Vikas Tomar is the inaugural recipient of the Materials Science and Engineering C. Young Researcher Award.

The Elsevier and Materials Science and Engineering C Young Researcher Award recognizes research excellence in experimental and theoretical topics at the interface of the biological sciences and materials engineering by individuals who are thirty-five years old or younger. The award will be presented to Prof. Tomar in a ceremony at the 2010 Materials Research Society Fall Meeting.
