Dr. Tallman was selected by the Purdue University College of Engineering to win the Faculty Excellence Award for Early Career Research for "unparalleled contributions to nondestructive evaluation, advanced sensing systems, and multifunctional materials that stand at the forefront of innovation and create transformative solutions for society, government, defense, and industry."
