Professors Heinz, Bharadwaj, and Bartlett have received funding for a new 2-year grant from the Department of Defense (DoD), as part of the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDRMP), specifically the Hearing Restoration Research Program (HRRP). They will serve as co-PIs on the grant, entitled “Cross-species characterization of peripheral and central effects of occupational and blast exposures: Towards a diagnostic and therapeutic testing framework.”
