Attend Brainhack-Networks 2019 - the international hackathon on brain connectomics! It will be held May 25 & 26, 2019, at the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT.

Brainhack-Networks 2019 is an independent event sponsored by the organizing committee of the Network Neuroscience satellite of the International School and Conference on Network Science (NetSci 2019). The theme of the hackathon will broadly cover a variety of topics related to network science tools for neuroscience/imaging research, including network modeling and analysis of brain data (fMRI, DWI, EEG) as well as neuro-scientific interpretation of the results. The goal is to bring together researchers with heterogeneous backgrounds from around the world to collaborate on innovative open science projects related to brain connectomics.

Dr. Joaquín Goñi (Purdue Univ. CONNplexity Lab) is the General Chair of the conference, which is co-chaired by Fabrizio De Vico Fallani (Institute for Brain & Spinal Cord) and Daniele Marinazzo (Univ. of Ghent). Other CONNplexity Lab members include Meenusree Rajapandian (PhD student) on the Support Team, and Team Experts Kausar Abbas (Postdoctoral Researcher), Enrico Amico (Postdoctoral Researcher, and Diana Otero Svaldi (External Member and Indiana University School of Medicine). Mario Ventresca, a fellow assistant professor at the Purdue University School of Industrial Engineering, is also a Team Expert.

Sponsored by NetSci 2019The Univ. of Vermont Complex Systems Center, the Purdue Systems Collaboratory, and the Purdue Institute for Integrative Neuroscience.
