John Wu Successfully Defends PhD Thesis

Yesterday morning John Wu successfully defend his PhD Thesis titled "Surface Precipitation and Microstructural Characterization of SnBi Solder Alloys."

John was the first member of the CRG to begin his thesis work at Purdue. We are so proud of John and the amazing work he has done. Congratulations Dr. Wu!
