Jacob Retek is a junior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University. He has industry experience through multiple engineering co-op and internship roles in product improvement, systems engineering, and manufacturing. In these roles, he has applied experimental testing, data analysis, and design for manufacturing principles. His academic and professional interests focus on thermodynamics, thermal systems, and HVAC applications. Outside of engineering, Jacob enjoys kayaking, going to the beach, hiking and visiting national parks, and playing a variety of sports.
