CAPS Stress Reduction Workshops

Worried about finals? CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) has got your back. 

Over the next three weeks, we’re offering a series of ongoing, drop-in workshops focusing on stress reduction techniques for students looking for flexible and accessible support on the key mental health issues impacting the end-of-semester rush. These workshops are open to any student; they do not need to be an existing CAPS client.

  • Anxiety Toolbox

This 3-week workshop series is designed to help students both understand their stress/anxiety and learn the coping skills to manage it.

  • Inner Calm

This 3-week workshop series is for students interested in being more mindful, finding ways to manage stress, and learning how to manage difficult emotions. Students can attend as many sessions as they want.
