Collins Aerospace Summer Engineering Project Program (SEPP): Summer 2022 Interns Needed

The Collins Aerospace Summer Engineering Project Program (SEPP) is looking for two interns for the Summer of 2022. SEPP aligns projects from various directorates that support research and partnerships on campus. During the summer each project is aligned with a technical mentor and a defined project plan with milestones. At the end of the summer session, SEPP interns will be provided the opportunity to present their work to leaders and technical fellows across the business. Both interns will likely work on projects relating to pilot activity monitoring.

The positions are open to both undergraduate and graduate level interns.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate data collection studies in a flight deck environment
  • Manage data collection and storage
  • Analyze data using statistical and AI/ML methods
  • Design/refine pilot engagement strategies

We intend to begin actively reviewing applications in mid-November and hope to make offers by Thanksgiving.
