The Purdue Engineering Distinguished Lecture Series (PEDLS) welcomes Dr. R. John Hansman, T. Wilson Professor of Aeronautics & Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Director of MIT’s International Center for Air Transportation, who will provide an “Overview of New Electric and Highly Automated Aircraft Developments” on Monday, November 14th from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the ARMS Atrium. 

Dr. Hansman’s lecture will be followed by a panel on the “Challenges and Opportunities for Electric and Automated Aircraft” from 2:45-3:45 p.m. in the same location.
