Shuttle Information

There will be three shuttles (Purdue vans), one for each of the hotels. The students handling each hotel along with their contact information are:

1. Union Club: Muhammad Ertza Afzal Warraich; 765-233-2644

3. Hilton Garden Inn: Joshua Majors ; 260-449-5797

Timings

Monday, Nov. 13

Reception 7:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. John S. Wright Forestry Center, 1007 N 725 W, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

Shuttle leaves hotel at 6:30 P.M. The guests will decide when they’re ready to head back to the hotel, but we’re guessing it’ll start about 8:30.

Tuesday, Nov. 14

CoRec 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. Evening banquet at the Shively Club, 7:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.

Day runs at 8:30 A.M. and 5:45 P.M.

Banquet runs at 6:45 P.M. and 8:30 P.M…ish

Wednesday, Nov. 15

CoRec 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Day runs at 8:30 A.M. and 3:15 P.M.
