Dr. Goergen Awarded Grand Challenges Explorations Grant

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is on a mission to reduce the number of infant and maternal deaths in Sub-Saharan Africa and other developing areas. They have recently awarded Dr. Goergen funding to create a wearable device that identifies and monitors mothers who are at risk of developing preeclampsia.
