Operations Manager, Ryan Odell, of PCL Construction shares; “We are pleased to announce that Matt Meunier is promoted to construction manager for PCL Construction Services, Inc. (Denver). He reports to Ryan Odell, operations manager. Matt began his PCL career in 2001 as a field engineer in Denver. He took part in several successful projects, including One Ski Hill Place in Breckenridge, Mesa Verde Visitor Center in Southwest Colorado, Cape Girardeau Federal Courthouse Cape Girardeau in Missouri and the Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility in Denver.”

Matt has been instrumental in maintaining strong client and vendor relationships and is an exceptional leader and mentor in developing young talent within the district. He also helps to build a fun culture in Denver as chair of the Bureau of Activities and Recreation (BAR) Committee.

In 2022, Matt participated in our Exceptional Leadership Development Program, and in March 2023, he’ll attend PCL’s Peter Greene Leadership Course. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering and management from Purdue University, where he is also an active advisory board member for the Construction Engineering and Management program.
