Theodora Konstantinou receives Charley V. Wootan Memorial Award
STSRG PhD student Theodora Konstantinou has won the Charley V. Wootan Memorial Award, given by the Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC) for the best thesis/dissertation the field of transportation policy and planning.
She won for her master's thesis, entitled Market Adoption and Impacts of Electric Roadways on Criteria Pollutants and Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
The award will be presented at the CUTC Awards Banquet in Washington, D.C. on January 11, 2020.
