STSRG member Lisa Losada Rojas presented at the Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) Rising Stars workshop at MIT

The CEE Rising Stars workshop is designed for early-career researchers who share the experience of being a womxn and/or being coded as a womxn in academia. This workshop invites top early-career womxn in CEE and related domains (e.g., materials, systems, or environmental science) who are interested in careers in academia. The entire workshop was held on October 28-29, 2021. The schedule comrised of scientific interactions and career-oriented discussions.

Lisa presented her research titled "Do your place of residence affect your opportunities to be healthier through active travel?" on the 28th.
