Dr. Gkritza is now a member of the TRB Standing Committee on Agriculture and Food Transportation

Congratulations to Dr. Nadia Gkritza on her appointment as a member of the TRB Standing Committee on Agriculture and Food Transportation!  Her term runs from April 2020 through April 2022.   Members of Standing Committees are considered experts and have the opportunity to further influence research activity and understanding in their subject area.

TRB, short for the Transportation Research Board, is one of the seven program units of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and is one of the world's premier research venues for all aspects of transportation engineering.  TRB is organized into a multitude of Standing Committees focusing on various issues across transportation.  Each committee is composed of a group of expert members who drive the research agenda in that area, review research produced in that area for publication by TRB, and who organize sessions and workshops at TRB's Annual Meeting and elsewhere in their topic areas.
