My mission
In all my work at Purdue, my mission is to serve and show interest in *all* of the students I possibly can, support my colleagues, be of value to Purdue, and honor God in the process.
My longest time interest - music,
In the evening, after (or maybe before) I try to get ahead on work for the next day, one of my favorite activities is to work on music. I was the regular organist at Faith Presbyterian Church, but I stepped down to just playing on special occasions. At other times, I try out music on my keyboard. A recent interest,
Since fall 2024, I have started to get into "restoring" old technology, primarily tube radios, but most recently a nearly 100 year old desktop fan. Sometime I'll post pictures of those projects. For most of my adult life I liked to collect old technology, but I hadn't tried to restore any of it. Note: my level of restoration is just getting the thing working and making it look presentable and fairly authentic.
