Mary has a Bachelor's degree in Medical Microbiology from Jomo Kenyatta University and currently is leading the optimization of lyophilization protocols for different formulations in the lab. 

Mensah has a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from All Nations University, Ghana. He joined the lab to work in a project titled "MicroRAAD-Automating and Scalable Manufacturing of Point-of-Care Paper-based Nucleic Acid Detection for Infectious Diseases".
