My infatuation with biotechnology began in grade school, looking at microorganisms under the microscope. It led me to graduate school to study the production of biodegradable plastics through fermentation. Bringing the power of biotechnology to market has been my passion ever since.

As an experienced biotechnology executive, leader and strategist, I offer a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to bring a new biotech product from the bench to the market.

The many different roles I've played in my career - business unit leader, marketer, strategist, relationship manager, operations and logistics, engineering technology manager, and process development - have enabled me to develop a thorough understanding of the cross disciplinary complexities in industrial biotechnology and to steer my teams around hurdles. When not in the office or out in the field I enjoy spending time with my family in the outdoors camping, golfing or fishing.
