We are Sovera Corporation (fka Omnis)–a stealth mode startup led by the team of SpaceX alumni who built Starlink, and we are building another LEO constellation to deliver satellite broadband services for sovereign nations and partners around the world. We are a fast-follower focused on delivering equivalent technology and performance while optimizing for collaboration.

  • Embedded software in C and C++
  • Network topology design and routing protocols
  • Telecommunications systems and link-layer engineering
  • Digital signal processing for satellite modems
  • Real-time software for ground station and terminal systems
• Hardware development / Antennas
  • Phased array design and beamforming
  • RF and microwave circuit design
  • Analog and digital chip design (RFIC, ASIC)
  • Embedded firmware for RF front-ends
  • Digital signal processing for satellite links

The position is ideally on-site in Venice, CA (remote possible, if relocation is not an option). We welcome students at any stage, from rising sophomores through graduating PhDs. All roles are paid relative to experience level.
