2025-2026 Purdue Quarter-Scale Tractor Team
We are the Purdue Quarter-Scale Team.
We compete in the ASABE IQS Competiton each year in June, where we design, build, test, and compete with small tractors against other colleges.
What we do:
Members of the Quarter Scale team get experience with the entire engineering process. For the competition, members get experience:
- Creating project goals and deadlines
- Designing parts using CAD and other software tools
- Sourcing parts
- Budgeting and keeping records
- Using power tools for building and repairing the tractor
- Driving tractors
