About Roshanak Nateghi

Roshanak Nateghi running

I am an Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University. I also serve as a Councilor at the International Society for Risk Analysis and an Area Editor for the Mathematical Modeling and Machine Learning track in the Journal of Risk Analysis. I am currently on research leave from Purdue to serve as a AAAS Science, Technology and Policy Fellow in the US Department of Energy Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.

Before starting at Purdue, I was a National Science Foundation SEES (Science Engineering and Education for Sustainability) Fellow jointly appointed between Resources for the Future and Johns Hopkins University. I received my MS and PhD degrees in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and my MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Other than research and teaching, I love running!
