CHM 257; Completion of freshman engineering requirements. Authorized equivalent
courses or consent of instructor may be used in satisfying course pre- and
co-requisites Introduction
and application of environmental microbiological concepts to the solution of
problems of water pollution and its control. To: CE 352 Biological Principles of
Environmental Engineering Sem. 1 and 2. Class 2, lab.2, cr. 3 Prerequisites: Completion of First Year Engineering requirements. Introduction
and application of environmental microbiological concepts to the solution of
problems of water pollution and its control. Reason: The basic science
requirements in the First-Year Engineering Program provide sufficient
technical background for students to take CE 352. This modification will enable
more civil engineering undergraduates to include this class in their
