RE:                 New Undergraduate Course

 

The faculty of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics has approved the following new course. This action is now submitted to the Engineering Faculty with a recommendation for approval.

 

AAE 395, Undergraduate Seminar

Sem. 1, 2, Class 1, cr. 0.

 

Prerequisite: none

 

Course description: The course is intended to provide a forum for guest speakers, organizational and informational meetings with undergraduates, and to provide a venue for assessment.

 

Reasons: The addition of the undergraduate seminar provides opportunity for
undergraduates to interact with visiting experts in aerospace engineering and
provides opportunity to gather program assessment and feedback information from
undergraduate students.
