General torsion of thin-walled open and closed cross-sections; general formulation of thin-walled members; analytical and numerical methods of finding solutions to the general instability problems of thin-walled members and frames; inelastic instability in plane and in space; design of biaxially loaded beam-columns; special stability problems in off-shore structures.
