Flexibly-Allocated Space Documents

Flexibly-allocated space is space the College of Engineering has availble for short-term use, by request.

Leased Space is used for finite-term, rapidly accessible needs - working with the Business Office.

Space Allocation and Planning Group (SAPG)

The SAPG meets monthly to review space requests that have been accepted by the Resource Planning and Management (RPM) Office of the College of Engineering. The purpose of the meeting is to prioritize current requests, discuss options, and assign flexibly allocated space as available. Requests should be received in RPM the day before the meeting date for the respective month.

The SAPG consists of:
-          Associate Dean for Resource Planning and Management
-          Facilities Manager for the College of Engineering
-          Data Manager for the College of Engineering

The SAPG is scheduled to meet the last Tuesday of each month. This is subject to change based on special needs and opportunities.
