This is a friendly suggestion that the major name be changed to ?Cell and Biochemical Engineering.? The Cellular and Tissue Engineering faculty in the Weldon School believe that this suggested title better represents the content and intent of the new major under The School of Agricultural and Biological Engineering. More specifically, the change from biomolecular to biochemical more broadly reflects the intent to educate students for careers in sustainability, biofuels, etc.
