The CoE United team started as the brainchild of Jennifer Ulutas, who wanted a better way to know other Engineering staff and what they did. She pitched the idea to the Transformational Teams committee, and got a team together to implement her ideas. The team is attempting to improve the interactions between Engineering Staff, giving them a place and means to learn about each other and their tasks and responsibilities.
