Facilities
The central auditory processing laboratory is located in Martin Jischke Hall of Biomedical Engineering and equipped with modern neurophysiological tools for study of the nervous system at all levels of abstraction.
In Vivo Recordings
Our lab is fitted with two anechoic sound chambers for use in single and multiunit chronic and acute recordings as well as behavioral analysis. We are next door to the Purdue Center for Implantable Devices surgical suite.
In Vitro Electrophysiology
We are equipped with a full slice recording setup with options for both optical and electrical stimulation.
