Meet the Presenter: Stacey Sobat, Chief, Probabilistic Monitoring Section, Indiana Department of Environmental Management Stacey is the Section Chief for the Probabilistic Monitoring Program in IDEM’s Office of Water Quality. She has been involved with the Program for 14 years collecting mostly fish community and habitat data (photo - this Flathead Catfish was captured in 2008 on the Wabash River near Logansport).
