To Go With the Flow discusses the importance of measuring and monitoring the flow of rivers and streams in a watershed to get a true picture of how a watershed is responding to pressures such as development, and ties streamflow to important issues in watershed management today, from nutrient delivery to the Gulf of Mexico to sedimentation in our waterways.

Meet the Presenter:

Scott Morlock, Deputy Director, USGS Indiana Water Science Center

 

Scott Morlock started his career as a hydraulic engineer with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, but has been with the USGS Indiana Water Science Center for 20 years. He has specialized in surface-water data collection and investigations projects. Scott currently serves as Deputy Director.
