Meet the Presenter: Janet Ayres, Purdue University
Janet Ayres is Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Purdue University. Over her 30 plus year career, she has worked in over 200 rural communities in Indiana. Her educational programs focus on managing change, developing leadership, creating vision and strategic direction, and working through community conflict. She has developed many state-wide leadership programs including the Indiana Ag Institute, Natural Resource Leadership Development Institute, and the current Leadership Institute for Soil and Water Conservation Districts.
