Facilities

METL is located in the Purdue University Research Labs at Kepner. Here, METL has more than 7,500 square feet of lab, office, and testing space, making METL is one of the largest academic tribology labs in the country. Our facilities house over 20 custom and commercial test rigs, a Tormach PCNC for rapid custom fabrication, as well as 11 servers for high performance computing. METL also has extensive meeting space and offices, perfect for hosting conferences or educational events.
