What led you to pursue your current career sector? Interest in political science (have a BA in it) as well as in research and science. I answered an ad in the paper when I first got hired. 

If you could give one piece of advice to graduate students exploring career options, what would it be? Look for all sorts of options, and be open to interesting opportunities outside your field of study. And network!
