HaptImage won second place in the Social Track of the annual Burton D. Morgan Business Model Competition and first place in the WomenIN Tech Pitch Competition. The team comprises of IAS graduate students, Ting Zhang and Shruthi Suresh. HaptImage is developing technologies to make images instantly accessible to individuals who are visually impaired. The team hopes to continue development of the technology and get it to users who need it most.
