Our very own Shruthi Suresh, has won the Sigma Xi 2017 Graduate Student and Post-Doctoral Fellows Research Awards Competition, Engineering Sciences division.

Shruthi,  a second year Masters student in the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering presented a poster titled "Multi-functional Wrist Orthotic for Wireless Gesture Based Control and Physiological Feedback" . The Purdue chapter of Sigma Xi, a scientific research society held the poster competition on February 14th.

Posters selected for the award will be displayed at the Annual Sigma Xi Initiation Banquet to be held for winners on April 12th.
