  • The GRE score requirement has been waived for domestic applicants for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. GRE scores are required for all international applicants from a non Chemical Engineering background (since we view mathematics and physical sciences background as very important components, the GRE can help us gain more information).

The Office of the Vice Provost for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Scholars (OGSPS) will routinely waive the English proficiency requirement for applicants who have received a degree from a school where English is the primary language of instruction in one of the recognized English speaking countries within the last 36 months at the time of recommendation for admission.
