There is a youth component to the forum and Agriculture Education students and FFA Chapters are encouraged to attend. The Indiana Rural Safety and Health Council will reimburse schools or your FFA Chapter for up to $125 on sight for travel and sub-reimbursement so that your school will allow you to bring students to this very hands on workshop. They will be conducting a tractor driving skills course, see a simulated grain bin rescue, and LifeLine Helicopter landing as well as many other life saving activities. Teachers will also have an opportunity to be trained on the “Gearing up for Safety” and leave with free curriculum.
