On-line Resources

Below are some links recommended by Dr. Cox.

The Vanderbilt-Northwestern-Texas-Harvard/MIT (VaNTH) Engineering Research Center for Bioengineering Educational Technologies-This National Science Foundation-funded ERC was the first of its kind. Look at this website for educational materials that incorporate learning science, learning technology, bioengineering, and education. Dr. Cox worked with VaNTH assessment and evaluation experts from 2001-2005.

Purdue University's Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships Program (SURF), the NSF-funded Design, Application, Analysis, and Control of Interfaces (DAACI) Research Experiences for Undergraduates Program , and the Discovery Park Undergraduate Research Internship (DURI) programs are excellent ways for students to engage in undergraduate research opportunities. Dr. Cox served as Assessment and Evaluation Director for both the SURF and DAACI programs. She has supervised research for students within both the SURF and DURI programs.
