Purdue University accepts applications up to the November 1 deadline, for both West Lafayette and Indianapolis. In West Lafayette, all undergraduate engineering students begin together in the First-Year Engineering program, before transitioning to a specific major in their sophomore year. In Indianapolis, students are directly admitted to their engineering major. The Motorsports Engineering degree is only offered in Indianapolis, whereas Mechanical Engineering is offered in both locations.

Graduate degrees in Motorsports Engineering are now available in Indianapolis. The program is a 1-2 year Professional Master's, enabling you to get a laser focus on the engineering of motorsports, while also sharpening vital professional management skills. This on-campus program does have application requirements.
