Saima Sharmin

Saima Sharmin's Biography

Saima received her Bachelor's degree from Electrical and Electronic Engineering department of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2011. Subsequently, she served as a lecturer in the same department till July, 2012.

In her undergraduate thesis, she worked on the development of a self-consistent solver of Schroedinger-Poisson's equations, modeling of interface trap density and ballistic current of III-V heterostructure MOSFETs.

She worked as a research assistant in Prof. Gerhard Klimeck's group from Fall 2012 to Fall 2015. During this period, she worked on the following projects:
