Neerav Kharche

Neerav Kharche received his Bachelor Degree........ and Master degree... Neerav joined the Klimeck research group in August 2005.

Neerav's research is focused on the modeling and simulation of Quantum Dots. He is using NEMO 3-D as a primary vehicle for modeling and simulation.

During his tenure in the Klimeck group he worked on the following research projects:

• Magnetic field dependence of valley-splitting in miscut (100) SiGe/Si/SiGe quantum wells [J79].
• Transport characteristics of SiGe nanowires[J104, P76].
• Valley degeneracies in (111) Si quantum wells[J113, P76].
• Performance Analysis of Ultra-Scaled InAs HEMTs
