2015 Discovery Lecture: Dr. Peter B. Littlewood



As part of the Purdue University Discovery Lecture Series, Dr. Peter Littlewood delivered the lecture, "Energy & Sustainability Challenges," at Discovery Park, Purdue University. An internationally-renowned scientist, Dr. Littlewood currently serves as the Director of Argonne National Laboratory, holds six patents, published more than 200 articles in scientific journals, and has given more than 200 invited talks at international conferences, universities, and laboratories. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of London, the Institute of Physics and the American Physical Society, and is an associate member of The World Academy of Sciences. In his Discovery Lecture, Dr. Littlewood gave a physicist's perspective on the global energy and sustainability challenges, stressing the importance of thinkers and innovative technology as the driving force for change.
