Yanis Sidhoum

Ph.D. Student
Yanis Sidhoum is a Ph.D. student in the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering at Purdue University since Spring 2023. He received a M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the French National Civil Aviation University (ENAC) and a M.S. in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University, UK, in 2022 and 2023, respectively. His research is focused on low-thrust trajectory optimization in multi-body dynamics using indirect methods. Current applications include trajectory design in Cislunar space, icy moons exploration around gas giant planets, and interplanetary trajectories with gravity-assist.
