Werner's career at Procter & Gamble has spanned multiple roles and departments, starting with her co-op time while at Purdue University.
Currently, Werner is specialty beauty R&D director where she leads integrated R&D for five prestige skin-care brands, driving rapid innovation and global compliance. Previously, as beauty technology discovery and development director (2018-22), she advanced breakthrough technology platforms for Olay and SK-II and secured global research partnerships with Harvard, Durham, ASTAR and Kew Gardens.
As end-to-end skin care R&D director from 2011-18, Werner guided Olay hero-product upgrades and 50-plus launches and co-led DDF brand divestiture and launch of See Me.
