Geoffrey Cubitt

Cubitt worked for Hughes Space and Communications after completing his co-op rotations with the company. There, his work included business process reengineering, information engineering, and project leadership on ERP and PDM projects. He was a key member of the Information Systems architecture team whose work led to HSC being ranked in Computer World’s “Fabulous 5” Client/Server Companies in 1995. He was a founder of pioneering digital agency Roundarch, which became Isobar US in 2012.

Cubitt has spent 25-plus years helping clients create transformational digital platforms and experiences. As CEO of Isobar, he led Isobar (600 people in U.S., 6,500 globally) in tackling the largest, most complex problems in the digital space. Isobar has been named a “leader” for the past four years in Gartner’s Global Digital Agency Magic Quadrant with the highest score for strategic vision in 2018. Cubitt always has believed that the key to success in digital is the integration of experience design and enterprise technology, whether he is helping create HBO’s award-winning digital ecosystem or Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s global digital offering.
