ECE 264 Advanced C Programming Summer 2013

Course Administration

Exams

Major change this semester

All non-trivial projects are managed by some types of project management systems. For software development, version control is essential. In Spring 2013, students checked out assignments from a version control system (code.google.com). In this (Summer 2013), students will be required to use version control. Your programming assignments will not be graded if you do not submit your commit history. Please watch this demo video to learn how to use github.com. This book provides more information about git.

The other major change is that we will spend more time in class doing practice problems. The problems will be given to you before each class. You need to submit your solutions at the beginning of the class. Most of the problems come from exam questions in the past years.
