Graduation Candidate Survey : Candidate Survey - Spring 2026

Complete this survey to be added to the Spring 2026 list of Candidates for Graduation.

Note: If you are on the candidate list for three or more consecutive sessions for the same degree, a $200 fee will be charged.

 

Key dates for all students:

  • February 6: Last day to add names to the candidate list. 
    • Requests after this date will be subject to approval and will be charged a $200 late fee.

 

  • October 3: The Commencement card will appear in myPurdue for students on the candidate list. 
    • This is where you indicate your plan to participate in commencement and provide your mailing address for your diploma. 

 

Key dates for PhD and MS thesis students:

  • March 6: Degree Only Deposit Deadline
  • April 22: Final Exam Deadline
  • April 29: Deposit Deadline
