Students wishing to be added to the Fall 2025 list of Candidates for Graduation should complete this form. Without the completion of this form, the Graduate Office will not process registration for candidate status.

September 18 is the last day to add names to the candidate list. Requests after that date will be subject to approval and will be charged a $200 late fee.
If you are on the candidate list for three or more consecutive sessions for the same degree a $200 fee will be charged.
On October 3rd, the Commencement card will appear in myPurdue. This is where you indicate your plan to participate in commencement and your mailing address for your diploma. Please watch for this.
